Evie, if you want to spend the day with me Wednesday, you should probably spend the night with me Tuesday since it will be impossible to get into Savannah on Wednesday. Even though you said you weren't going to spend the night at my house until I spent the night at yours.

I'll talk to you tonight. Yes, I'm going to be at the rehearsal.

Yellow Vibes
Your Energy is Yellow. You are generous, bright,
and expressive. An excellent communicator, you
keep your audience captivated with your
animated storytelling. Sometimes you talk too
much, but when you learn to listen you will be
sought out for your talents to advise.

The communications field appeals to you as a
profession. Public speaking, writing, radio,
acting or teaching would also be good career
choices.

What color is your energy?

I mean, I have SOME.
Just less.
It looks.

Well. I do not know.

I was babysitting at the park and me and the baby (who is like nine months old) were sitting in the grass and suddenly a snake popped out of the ground and I was like AHH RUNS AWAY. and then I was like OH CRAP BABY. and ran back and grabbed the baby and and away again.

Tess and I had adventures yesterday. We met at the mall at about twelve and were meant to meet Chris but he did not show up. So we just kind of left and got food and I got chicken and it was gross so I threw it away and got fries. Then we went BACK to tilt to see if Chris was there. He was not. So we ran across Abercorn and went to Walmart and bought makeup. Then we went into the beauty supply store and looked at strange coloured hair dye and were accosted by a drunk woman. Then we went back to the mall and went through the Barnes and Noble entrance. In Barnes and Noble we took books about orgasms and left them in the childrens' section and then got more fries and then went home.

Hallo.

I woke up at light six this morning and couldn't get to sleep so I layed there until quarter til seven and I got dressed and then I ate and yelled at my mom and then left. I got to school and yelled at Tess for not going to school yesterday AND for being allowed to get an iPod and I am not. Then we went to French and Tess had to go take the stupid Mythology exam so I tried to sit in her seat but these black people were like WHY SHE AIN'T IN HER SEAT and one of them turned around and stares at me and goes "Fuck you." and I was like AHHHHH and I ran across the room to my seat and it was terrible.
Then we went to Literacy and Tess put strawberries in Bernard's jacket and Bernard got angry and threw them and Mrs. Adkins became pissed off and gave Tess detention but not really. I drank lemonade and I had to sit on my lunchbox to prevent people from taking my food.
Then we went to Literature and we were allowed to play with the Quiz Bowl machine and the teacher asked questions and since I know everything in the entire world, my team won. Then we went to History and we performed our song and Mr. Roth was acting all gay and tried to go to sleep in the middle of my song so I flicked him off and he did not know because his eyes were closed. And then at lunch I stole a banana and put it in the toilet and when I went to pee during math it was still there and I died of amusement and then flushed it and nothing happened.
I was kind of angry that Mrs. Darrow did not check our homework, considering I actually had it today. But I also got a ninety five on my project which counts as two test grades which is going to bring my grade up a LOT. Except Tess is angry at me because she apparently worked very hard and only got an eighty five.

Oh well.
I want cereal.

I am currently a very very happy, bouncy, Caity-adoring math-headed Carolee.

Caity = <3333333333 for the ever.

I mean really. I actually understand. I was seriously considering asking Caity to marry me right there in my living room but decided against it.

Out of seemingly nowhere she appeared. She was no bigger than a person’s pinkie. Her clothes were made of black rose petals and fit her perfectly. Her hair was red and pink and purple and cut short and spiky. Irridescent wings fluttered from her back. She was Mab.
There was a frail looking girl curled up on a bench. The pixie circled her quietly. She had “adopted” this girl last week, bringing her things like eclairs and cake and muffins. Today she had placed a piece of chocolate in the girl’s hand. The girl was asleep. It didn’t seem like she would be waking very soon, so Mab decided to go do what she had been planning for days.
This was New York City. People yelled, cussed, and smashed their way through life. This was where Mab was born. She wasn’t one of those sit-on-mushrooms-and-drink-tea sort of fae you read about in bedtime stories. She wasn’t city trash either. She was just Mab.
People ate out of trashcans here. Digging around, trying to find something that wasn’t too rotten. This was where Mab came in.
She was a Robin Hood of sorts. Taking from the rich, giving to the poor.
Without the bow-wielding. And the aspect of men in tights.
The thought of men in tights distracted Mab momentarily, and she found herself nearly flying into a wall. She closed her eyes to get the image of boys prancing about in tunics and pantyhose from her head and focused. Below her, there was a man in a suit, screaming into a cell phone about stocks or something. The pixie rolled her eyes and flew downwards, diving into the man’s back pocket. She reappeared moments later, staggering under the weight of the man’s oversized wallet, a mischievous grin on her lips. With a fluttering of her wings, she was off again.
She only flew a short distance before finding what she was looking for. There was an old man curled up in an alleyway. He was wearing only a ratty pair of pants. He wasn’t a panhandler in front of a liquor store. He needed clothing, shoes, food. She dropped the wallet into his lap and flew away quickly.
She returned to where she had started the day. The young girl was still asleep. The chocolate in her hand had begun to melt. Annoyed, Mab flew next to the girl’s ear and screetched. The girl awoke with a start and dropped the chocolate.
“Great job,” Mab snapped sarcastically. “I waste my time getting you things like that and you thank me by dropping it in the dirt.”
The girl’s eyes widened and she stuck her chocolate-covered fingers in her mouth. “Are you an angel?” She asked around the fingers.
“Pfft. Of course not. I am a pixie. A faery. Whatever.” Her wings stopped fluttering as she landed on the girl’s knee. “Anyway. I have to be off. I have more important things to do.” She looked up at the girl only to find that she had already fallen back asleep. Mab sighed and flew over to the girl and kissed her cheek softly. It left a tiny pink smudge. The girl didn’t feel it or wake up, but her dreams turned to pink spun cotton candy.

Spring
Spring
You are young at heart, and still full of joy and
laughter. Your innocence makes you feel
refreshing and invigorating to those who come
in contact with you. You have a new and fresh
perspective on most problems, and you are not
afraid to express yourself. Life is full of new
wonders and surprises just waiting to be
discovered.

Hurrah!

I am drinking lemonade and feeling happy that there are only two days left of the week. I have to write a report and finish my story, though.

People I want to see this weekend: Caitling, Evie

I am at school. In Home EC, to be exact. Mwar. I think actually typing in the LJ sie and writing this entry is one of the most productive things I have ever done in this class. Usually I just download music videos.

I wish someone would tell me why the minute hand on the clock is on the same place it was twenty minutes ago. The second hand is moving. I see it.

I have to do a Math project tonight. And also finish my 5 genre story which is currently only one genre. And all the rest of my homework. And this weekend I have to do my research report on Hendrix. Finish it, I mean.

Woo.
Yay.

I want to go home. Why is it still only first block!?

it's too soon, too soon to say goodbye. [22 Feb 2004|08:41pm]
[ mood | depressed ]

It's over.

I can't stop crying right now. I was actually really, really glad when Caitlin left because then I could cry freely.

It's over. Tonight was the last time I'd hear Kenneth say "slice of your pie" or watch Jon shove spoons in his pants or watch boys die on a barricade. Tonight was the last night to shove Courtney away. The last night to worry about if I can get my ballgown on fast enough. The last night to try and find a flag scarf before someone else. The last night to sing about a people who will not be slaves again.

I am not going to be able to concentrate at school tommorow.
